Due to the handcrafted and unique nature of our pieces, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been completed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include replacement or compensation.
