The Context
Jismk started as a simple idea: to create a Moroccan clean beauty brand rooted in authenticity, natural ingredients, and meaningful transformation.
Founder Soufiane Miftah wanted to build more than just a skincare product. The ambition was to create a brand that reconnects people with their natural beauty, using ingredients deeply embedded in Moroccan heritage such as frankincense and argan oil.
However, the brand existed only as an initial concept. There was no defined positioning, no identity, no story, and no clear competitive advantage in a highly saturated beauty market.
Our mission was to transform this raw idea into a complete and coherent brand.
The Challenge
The main challenge was not the product itself, but the absence of a strategic foundation.
The brand needed:
• A clear brand core and positioning
• A distinctive identity in a crowded skincare market
• A meaningful story that resonates emotionally
• A strong visual system and packaging
• A consistent brand voice and messaging
Without these elements, Jismk risked becoming just another cosmetic product in a market dominated by both international brands and emerging local players.
The objective was to build a brand capable of standing confidently alongside established names like Douaa Cosmetics, La Roche-Posay, and Biyady Cosmetics, while remaining deeply authentic and uniquely Moroccan.
